High-purity, additive-free HDPE is selectively used in all components that come into direct contact with the medium, ensuring maximum material integrity.

 


All packaging is produced using state-of-the-art equipment, specialized filtration technologies and finished under cleanest conditions. This ensures particle-free results and prevents contamination throughout the production process.

 

Every container is subject to continuous quality checks and individually marked with a serial number to ensure full traceability throughout its lifecycle. For maximum transparency, our packaging is also optionally available with state-of-the-art IoT technology, enabling real-time tracking and digital monitoring.

RIKUTEC’s ultra clean packaging has been specifically engineered for high-purity applications, maintaining trace metal levels consistently below the 100 ppt threshold – ideal for sensitive use cases such as electrochemicals in wafer and chip production.

Thanks to our proprietary blow molding technology and clean design setup, we are able to manufacture IBCs and POLY DRUMS that meet the strictest purity requirements in advanced chemical processing. With particle counts consistently below 25 per milliliter (0.5 µm), our containers meet the rigorous purity requirements of high-end wet chemical applications in semiconductor production.
