With great gratitude, we bid farewell to Günter Richter, the founder of our company, who passed away on January 13, 2026, at the age of 86.

Günter Richter was a highly respected engineer whose professional excellence, foresight, and entrepreneurial courage laid the foundation for a company that continues to thrive to this day. With precision in thought and consistency in action, he was able to create solutions—whether for technical challenges or for organizational and human concerns.

As an entrepreneur, he was a defining presence: reliable, clear in his principles, and always committed to long-term success. His name was well known and highly regarded throughout the industry. He was considered a sharp thinker, a valued discussion partner, and a trusted advisor—not only in business matters, but far beyond them.

Until 2009, Günter Richter remained actively involved in the company. Even thereafter, he stayed deeply connected to it—as an advisor, a strategic thinker, and a conversational partner who followed the company’s development closely and continued to provide valuable impulses until the very end. His entrepreneurial legacy continues to shape the corporate group today, now led by the third generation.

People always mattered most to him. Günter Richter was deeply committed to his employees, listened attentively to their concerns, and treated them with respect, fairness, and genuine appreciation. His interpersonal warmth, kindness, and strong sense of responsibility left a lasting mark on the company culture.
